WHAT’S ON TAP
Honey Blonde
A clean malt flavor is subtly accented by local wildflower honey. 5.0% ABV
Amber Ale
Brewed in a Pacific-Northwest style. Its sweet malty taste is balanced with a generous helping of Cascade hops. 5.2% ABV
Maibock
Maibock (pronounced my-bock) is a blond bock, symbolizing the transition from the dark days of winter to the warmth and light of May. 6.8% ABV
Irish Dry Stout
Roasted barley gives it a toasted, nutty flavor. Dispensed in authentic Irish fashion to bring you some of the creamiest, smoothest stout this side of Dublin.
Bengal Gold IPA
The hefty alcohol content and generous hopping rate once needed to keep beer fresh on the long voyage to India gave rise to this style. 6.6% ABV
Abbey Tripple
Famous for their complex flavor, incorporating fruity esters, phenols, and higher alcohols. Our Trippel is a strong, somewhat sweet beer fermented with Trappist Ale yeast. 8.2% ABV
Saison (hand pump)
Saison may be thought of as a little brother to Biere de Garde. It is brewed to a lower gravity, but its complex flavor includes loose leaf black tea, citrus zest and cardamom. 5.6% ABV
IPX
It’s our old favorite, Bengal Gold IPA, only amplified by a factor of X. More malt, more hops, more strength. 8.9% ABV
