WHAT’S ON TAP
Honey Blonde
A clean malt flavor is subtly accented by local wildflower honey. 5.0% ABV
Amber Ale
Brewed in a Pacific-Northwest style. Its sweet malty taste is balanced with a generous helping of Cascade hops. 5.2% ABV
Altstadt Lager
Our brewer traveled to Wagner Brau in Kemmern, Germany, and found what he thought was the best beer in the world. This is just a tribute. 5.3% ABV
Irish Dry Stout
Roasted barley gives it a toasted, nutty flavor. Dispensed in authentic Irish fashion to bring you some of the creamiest, smoothest stout this side of Dublin. 5.2% ABV
IPX
It’s our old favorite, Bengal Gold IPA, only amplified by a factor of X. More malt, more hops, more strength. 8.6% ABV
Zythos Blonde
Amber Ale’s blonde sister. A blend of pilsner and pale malt with generous amounts of zythos hops. 5.3% ABV
Saison (hand pump)
Saison may be thought of as a little brother to Biere de Garde. It is brewed to a lower gravity, but its complex flavor includes coriander, cardamom, and grains of paradise. 5.5% ABV
