WHAT’S ON TAP
Honey Blonde
A clean malt flavor is subtly accented by local wildflower honey.
Amber Ale
Brewed in a Pacific-Northwest style. Its sweet malty taste is balanced with a generous helping of Cascade hops.
Rauchbier
In the Franconian town of Bamberg they still kiln their malt over beechwood fires, saturating the grain with woodsmoke flavor.
Oatmeal Cookie Stout
Someone asked us “If you can make an
oatmeal stout, why not an oatmeal cookie
stout?” Good question, and here’s our
answer. The name says it all.
Bengal Gold IPA
The hefty alcohol content and generous hopping rate once needed to keep beer fresh on the long voyage to India gave rise to this style. We continue to enjoy it today.
Abbey Trippel
Our Trippel is a strong, somewhat sweet beer fermented with Trappist Ale yeast. Served unfiltered.
Pictish Ale
Triumph proudly pours unfiltered “real ale”
finished and dispensed in the traditional
British style, served at cellar temperature
(50-55 degrees). According to legend, the
Picts, ancient inhabitants of Scotland,
made a marvelous brew from heather
flowers. Ours uses heather tips along with
other herbs known to have been part of
the oldest brewing traditions.
