WHAT’S ON TAP
Off The Rails Pale Ale 5.6%
To celebrate McCarter Theater's production of 'Murder On The Orient Express,' we brewed this dry-hopped Pale Ale. Voted #1 beer to drink while getting stabbed on a train!
Irish Red 4.9%
Though Ireland is famous for its stouts, red ale has found a significant following in recent years. Irish Red is a beer characterized by caramel malt flavors and roastiness.
In the Franconia town of Bamburg they still kiln their malt over beachwood fires, saturating the grain with woodsmoke flavor. "Smoke beer" is a powerful taste.
Irish Dry Stout 4.6%
A tribute to the dry stouts of Dublin, roasted barley gives it a toasted, nutty flavor. Dispensed in authentic Irish fashion to bring you some of the creamiest, smoothest stout this side of Dublin.
Sorachi Ace IPA 6.4%
This batch of IPA was brewed with a single hop- Sorachi Ace. This hop was developed in Japan and provides a unique citrus, lemongrass, and wood-aged flavor.
Abbey Tripel 8.8%
Belgian Ales are famous for the complex fruity flavor and higher alcohol. Our Tripel is a strong, somewhat sweet beer, fermented with Trappist Ale yeast and served unfiltered.
Brown Tiger (hand pump) 6.1%
Combine the alcoholic strength and aggressive hopping of an IPA with the rich toasty malt flavors of a brown ale and you get India Brown Ale or IBA. Be careful, this tiger can bite.
