Carlos Jimenez is a New York–born flutist, vocalist, composer, and bandleader celebrated for his work in jazz, Latin jazz, and salsa. Trained in both classical flute and jazz harmony, he has led ensembles ranging from quartets to orchestras at major festivals, cultural institutions, universities, and corporate events throughout the Northeast. A prolific recording artist, Jimenez has released nine albums of original compositions and arrangements, earning recognition for his artistry, leadership, and longstanding commitment to community engagement through music.
