Spring Gambrinus Dinner
Join us on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 6:00pm for our Spring Gambrinus Beer Dinner. Chef Matt Grote and Brewer Matt Agpaoa have worked together to curate a most delectable menu for this evening. First Course – Spring Vegetable Tartine, paired with Keller Pils. Second Course – Atlantic mackerel Crudo, paired with Premium Rice Lager. Third Course – Fresh Fettuccine with Little Neck Clams & Zucchini, paired with Spring Bock. Fourth Course – French Spring Lamb Stew, paired with Franconian Rotbier. Fifth Course- Wild Strawberry Pandan Tart paired with Hazy India Pale Ale.
