Liam Sutcliffe is a New Jersey-based professional trumpet player and freelance musician performing throughout the Philadelphia and New York metro areas. He has shared the stage with Byron Landham, Kenny Davis, Jerry Weldon, and Winard Harper. A 2019 Betty Carter Jazz Ahead participant, Liam won the 2020 United States Army Blues solo competition and performed with the JAS Big Band under Christian McBride in 2022. He has also performed internationally in Europe and the Middle East.
